Property Management Plus Realty, LLC provides full financial services to our owners, paying all bills and keeping a complete set of books and records of all transactions. Monthly reports are sent out to the owner with an itemization of all expenses that have occurred.
We enforce covenant rules and regulations

Property Management Plus Realty, LLC will become familiar with the Declarations, Bylaws and Rules of the Association of any property that is in a covenant controlled environment and Property Management Plus will work in association with the HOA to ensure that the rules are being followed.  We will also be able to help mediate disputes between homeowners/renters and to serve as objective arbiters of the rules.

We take care of all of your maintenance needs
Property Management Plus Realty, LLC contracts only with qualified, reasonably priced personnel in order to meet the needs of your Association and covenant requirements. We also take care of hiring and discharging of contractors.

We also provide other services

• In addition to taking care of the above referenced items, Property Management Plus Realty, LLC will take care of the following items:

• Assist with insurance claims, disputes and settlements.
  
• Payment of all monthly bills.
  
• Production of a monthly financial report.
  
• Prepare all paperwork for tax reporting.
